All our homes come with a 10-Year Builder's Guarantee

We provide a 10-Year Builder's Guarantee or you can upgrade to a third party 10-Year Warranty from Stamford Insurance.

Fixed Price Contracts

We provide peace of mind of a Fixed Price Contract because it provides you protection from cost increases in materiels or labour that may occur in the time it takes to build a home. Once you've signed the contract, that price is locked in; it doesn't change - unless you make a change. We always provide written quotations for changes, so you know what your costs are.

We build on your section or ours

Homebuild has a range of house and section options from which to choose, or we can build on a section you own. We can also help you find a section through our market knowledge and contacts. We provide a free assessment of sections you are considerng purchasing and our experienced staff can help identify factors that may impact on the type of home you can build or the costs involved.
