All our homes are back by a 10-Year builders warranty
Our 10-Year warranty provides peace of mind that in the unlikely event there are issues with something in your new home, it's covered. As well our warranty, many parts of your build are covered by manufacturer's, suppliers and trade warranties - some, like the roof, for up to 30 Years. In addition, we provide a 12 month maintenance period. If there ia anything required at all, it is usually for minor adjustments.\\
Fixed Price Building Contracts
We provide peace of mind Fixed Price Contracts that give you protection from inflation in labour and materials. Once you've signed the contract, your build price is locked in, and it doesn't change - unless you request a change. Engineer required work above that specified in the contract is the one area of potential change, and if it occurs, is usually due to ground conditions worse than the test spots.
