At the centre of The Trio home design series is the open plan kitchen/dining/living room. It’s designed cleverly designed to capture all day sun, and designate separate spaces whilst keeping sight lines open to maximise the feeling of spaciousness.
The stepped outdoor area allows for separate courtyards for the master and outdoor living if desired.

The living areas of the Trio series are essentially the same. The changes between the designs reflect different requirements as requested by previous build customers.
The Trio 140 incorporates the key design elements of the Trio concept, in a budget friendly option. The savings are both due to it’s smaller size and single single bathroom with separate toilet.
