It’s cost effective to build. There are lots of factors that affect your final build price, and we take great care to advise you on the cost impact of choices, or how to make savings. For example, we've shown three different exterior versions of this plan. The best value finish is the 'hip' roofline (second image) in standard brick or weatherboard finish (BGC Nuline, its a similar/alternative to linea).
